Dubrovnik cooking classes experience is one of the best way to meet amazing Croatian Mediterranean cuisine during your holiday. No matter if you are experienced in cooking our professional certified cooks will ensure fun and joyful time during cooking. You will also hear stories about Croatian culinary tradition and find out what is result of mixing Mediterranean, continental and Orient cuisine. Our passionate hosts will expertly introduce you to Croatian ingredients, spices, cookware, techniques and more. Cook different types of domestic food, such as menestra (cooked cabbage with potatoes – a Dalmatian stew), ražnjići – skewers on laurel sticks, šporki makaruli (pasta with meat), homemade bread, different deserts, etc. If you have any dietary requirements or allergies, please inform us in advance and we’ll adjust menus for you. Duration of this workshop is up to 5 hours. |
