Description
After pick up from the hotel you will come to the beginning of the hiking trail. From there you start the hiking adventure to Mount Srđ. Of yourse, you will be accompanied by an experienced guide who personally participated in the Homeland war as a defender. He will tell you many personal stories from the time of war and explain you more about the siege of Dubrovnik and attacks of the Yugoslav People's Army.
During the hike you will have an amazing view of the city, the sea and the surrounding area.
After about 45 minutes of hiking you will reach the top of the hill, where the symbol of Dubrovnik's
defense, the Imperial Fortress, is located.
You will visit the Homeland War Museum located inside the fortress and see various items from the
war period: weapons, photographs, videos...
A visit to the museum is followed by ATV/QUAD Safari Adventure. You will experience the thrill of
this off-road tour through untouched nature of Mount Srđ and see some more battlefields of
Homeland war.
Return to Dubrovnik is scheduled by cable car and followed by dinner in the old town.
